Looks like DS708 support for updates are going to cease Dec 31 of 2017 instead of in 2020 like support mentioned in an earlier post. Hard to believe anything they say about updates including no functionality  ever got compromised. Got an old one , I would make sure you turn off the WIFI connection from automatically triing to connect to their server.
